Kepram provides AI consulting, custom AI agent and software development, and AI training services to small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between Kepram and the client.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Kepram remain the property of Kepram. Custom deliverables built specifically for a client are transferred upon full payment as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the Services.
Payment terms are defined in each Service Agreement. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kepram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to Kepram for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
By submitting your phone number through our Site, you may consent to receive SMS messages from Kepram LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and tools. Kepram is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of those third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
